2012 Arrive & Drive (pdf)

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Trackside Support (setup changes and level pad work, tire changes, brake inspections, seat belt driver in, hot pit assistance, clean up, etc.)

• Top off fluids – oil, gear oil, brake fluid, coolant/water wetter

• Radio communication with crew (if equipped)

• Hospitality snacks and drinks

• 6 hours crash damage labor included per weekend. Any additional labor is billed at $150 per hour at track.

• Limited data acquisition assistance, driver coaching, engineering

• One crew member dedicated to each car

• Race prep to your car after race weekend(valued at $795)

• Alignment

• Gear change or inspection (one per weekend)

• Driver’s lounge

• Full Formula Mazda inventory on site

PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Car transport

• Crash damage parts or maintenance parts Additional labor (i.e. shock dyno, engine dyno, etc.)

• Track rental/race entry fees

• Fuel 92-93 octane (race fuel is available, usually $8 per gallon. Typical 3 day event burns 35 to 40 gallons)

• Car storage per month $200 (if customer doesn’t race within 30 days)

• Tires

• Dismount/mount/balance/disposal of tires

• Travel and lodging

• Race car insurance

• Rental radios available ($50 per race weekend)

• Rental Go Pro camera available ($50 per weekend)
  

RACE EVENT PRICE STANDARD FM:

• 1 day event - $2,000

• 2 day event - $2,600

• 3 day event - $3,200

• 4 day event - $3,700

This package includes full 8 hour race prep and clean after the event valued @ $795.00

If the race event is not paid by the start of the race weekend an additional $500.00 will be charged.

Frequent customers will receive a 10% discount on Formula Mazda parts.

Late booking fee - $300 per event (booked less than 30 days in advance)

Cancellation fee of $500.00 if cancelled within 7 days of the transporter leaving for event.

All bookings subject to availability

For bookings made at last minute please note that staffing may or may not be increased, you may or may not have a dedicated crew member, depending on how late the event is booked. Major set up changes will not be performed, crash repairs will be limited so as to not take away from existing customers experience. A dedicated crew member can be pre-arranged at an extra charge on most events within a 14 day advance notice.

• Rental of a Race Ready Formula Mazda

• Tires with 2-5 Heat Cycles

• Complete Race Prep before each event

• All Fluids including Pump Fuel 92-93 Octane

• Appropriate Gearing for each track

• Appropriate Alignment (tailored for track and/or driver experience)

• Hospitality snacks and drinks

• Radio Communication with Crew (helmet kit not included)

• Custom 2 Part Foam Seat (if needed)

• Use of Safety Equipment if needed (helmet, fire suit, gloves, etc.)

• Space for Sponsor Decals

• Rain Tire Use (see below about excessive water)

• Go pro camera video coaching

• 6 hours crash damage labor included PER weekend

• Crash damage labor beyond 6 hours rated at $150 per hr.

• Limited Data Acquisition when available
  

PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Transportation (see Transportation Pricing) Crash Damage Parts

• Crash Damage Labor over 6 hours per weekend, repairs made at shop at $95 per hour, repairs made at track at $150 per hour Track Rental/Race entry fees

• New Tires ($1027 mounted and balanced)

• Excessive Wear to Rain Tires (drying track, flat spots, etc., $300-$1027)

• Transmission abuse (grinding gears ,missed shifts)
  

Customers are liable for the cost of all crash damage, parts and labor. Including mechanical damage to engine from over revving or overheating. Drive train damage and transmission abuse.(hard shifts ,grinding gears, jumping curbs) Damage Deposit is a minimum of $5,000.00 Cash or Cashiers Check. No Refunds for bad weather. , Towed out of gravel trap or 4 wheels off track a $200 dollar cleaning Fee will be applied.

RACE EVENT RENTAL PRICE STANDARD FM:

• 1 Day Event - $2,500 Booked 30 days in advance in writing with $1,000 deposit

• 2 Day Event - $3,600

• 3 Day Event - $4,700

• 4 Day Event - $5,700 Multi-Race/Early Booking Discount - $200 per event (race weekend) if 6 or more events (race weekends) pre-booked simultaneously under Agreement with deposit.
